KICKBOXING OR BOXING
Choose the discipline that matches your goal.
Kickboxing and boxing share some foundations, but they place different demands on movement, distance and technique.
Your training is built around the discipline you want to learn or develop.

Start Private Boxing Training START FROM THE FUNDAMENTALS
You do not need previous combat sports experience.
Private training gives you a controlled way to start kickboxing or boxing without having to keep up with a group.
We build the fundamentals step by step and introduce new elements when you are ready for them.
01Stance and movement
Learn how to organise your position, move efficiently and stay balanced while attacking or defending.
02Basic attacks
Develop clean punching mechanics and, in kickboxing, learn the basic kicking mechanics required for controlled and effective training.
03Defence
Learn how to protect yourself, manage distance and respond to simple attacks.
04Combinations
Connect individual techniques into combinations that make sense instead of simply memorising long sequences.
FITNESS OR TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
You do not need to compete to train with purpose.
Private kickboxing and boxing can serve different goals.
Some clients want to learn the sport itself. Others want a demanding form of training that also develops coordination, conditioning and confidence in movement.
Your sessions are adjusted according to what you actually want from the process.
Learn the sport
Focus on technique, movement, defence, timing and tactical understanding.
Improve fitness through combat sports
Use kickboxing or boxing as a structured and technically coached form of physical training.
Develop existing skills
If you already have experience, sessions can focus on specific technical weaknesses, movement problems or situations you want to improve.
FURTHER DEVELOPMENT
Private coaching can also support experienced athletes.
If you already train kickboxing, boxing or another combat sport, individual sessions can focus on specific technical priorities rather than repeating a general group session.
Depending on your needs, we can work on movement, timing, combinations, technical efficiency or physical preparation related to your sport.
If your main priority is developing physical qualities such as strength, power, speed or conditioning, Strength and Conditioning may be the better training path.
Explore Strength and Conditioning TRAIN ALONE OR WITH A PARTNER
Kickboxing and boxing training is available for one or two people.
You can train individually or together with another person.
Sessions for two people still allow individual technical coaching and feedback, while exercises and training tasks can be adjusted to differences in experience and ability where necessary.
